I know what I want the interface to be like, so how do I create one? Do I need detailed programs? Do they cost anything? What is involved? What is involved in creating a computer operating system?
Creating an Operating System requires that you either have several million dollars in resources to hire the top programmers to develop and initiate it.
Or, you must be a multi talented programmer yourself with a working knowledge of different computer languages.What is involved in creating a computer operating system?
If you know what the interface style you want, then just create a visual for the operating system you are using now.
Don't OS's take years to create???
