i have very limited resources to work with to create this said charity event, but it really means a lot to me. are there really cheap ways to do this? or do i need to save up a lot of money?

You'll have to spend some time looking around the website to answer all your questions, but pay special attention to information about walk-a-thons, dance-a-thons,publicity,donors, and location. As for your stickers, you could design your own using clip art and such, or if it needs to be more elaborate than that, go to your local community college and see a graphics design class would be interested.
